  5. Major characteristics:

  7.     Prodecom (Processeur De Commandes) is a Bilingual, English-French, 
  8.     program that creates Customer orders, invoices, delivery slips and 
  9.     Suppliers orders. Supports Faxing. Calculates Monthly, Quarterly, 
  10.     and Yearly Taxables, NonTaxables, Totals, Total Taxes, etc..

  12.     Print Labels, Customers List, Suppliers List, Multiple Copies. 
  13.     Supports InkJets, Laser and Dot Matrix Printers. English and 
  14.     French Working language. English and French Forms. Customised 
  15.     Taxes and much more. The Shareware version is fully functionnal.

  17. Requirements:

  19.     The fully functional SHAREWARE version of the software requires 
  20.     a 286 or better CPU and DOS 3.0 and up to run. 
  21.     A color VGA card is also recommended, though the software will 
  22.     run with most display cards. 
  23.     A mouse or other pointing device is also recommended.

  28.    number of copies of the SHAREWARE version of this software. 
  29.    You may not disassemble, decompose, reverse engineer, or alter

  49. Licensing, Registration and Distribution

  51.    By installing the SHAREWARE version of this software the user 
  52.    implicitly agrees with the utilization rules described in this 
  53.    file and in Prodecom's help topic: "Prodecom Licensing, 
  54.    Registration and Distribution".

  56. Instalation
  57.  
  58.    First create a Directory on your Disk called PRODECOM.
  59.    Then change unzip all the files to your PRODECOM Directory.

  61.    example:
  62.    md c:\PRODECOM (enter)
  63.    pkunzip pdc42b.zip c:\prodecom (enter)
  64.  
  65.    DOS: create a batch file on your root DIR
  66.         ex: copy con pdc.bat (or edit pdc.bat) (enter)
  67.             cd\prodecom (enter)
  68.             pdc (enter)
  69.             Press F6 (if using copy con pdc.abt)
  70.             or Save if using (edit pdc.bat)
  71.    Always make shure you are running PDC from the PRODECOM Directory.
  72.    All your information is stored there.

  74.    WINDOWS: To run Prodecom from windows you must use a PIF file.
  75.             Use PIF editor. Include the full Path in the command line
  76.             and The Start in Line 
  77.             COMMAND C:\PRODECOM\pdc.exe
  78.             PATH    C:\PRODECOM

  80.    Windows95: Right click on TASK BAR, select OPTIONS, select 
  81.               START MENU PROGRAMS, ADD, and BROWSE you C: drive
  82.               locate PRODECOM, double click on pdc.exe

  84. Repeat the above instructions for PDCL.EXE Prodecom Wide Format.
